Garbarini Return Policy:
EFFECTIVE MAY 9th, 2020 IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19
- We can and will accept returns from the two week period (3/1/20 – 3/14/20) BEFORE our closure, as the store was closed and clients were not expected and could not return items.
- We require that the original tags still be attached to the clothing for returns from that period to be accepted.
- From our re-open date, and for the foreseeable future, as a health precaution we will NOT be accepting returns until further notice.
- Client “On Approvals”, and on hold pulls for consideration or photoshoots are currently prohibited.
- We apologize for any inconvenience these may cause, as a small business with limited staff and inventory, we thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult time.
ALL SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, ALTERED PIECES, AND SHOES WITHOUT ORIGINAL BOX ARE ALWAYS FINAL SALE.
If an item has been shipped to you – no refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping and/or handling charges. It is also your responsibility to ship your return or exchange within our 14 day policy.
